Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of nutraceutical and consumable health products, we are unable to accept returns once products have been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged during transit

Wrong product delivered

Product seal is broken upon delivery

Product is expired at the time of delivery

Package is missing items
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products

Products purchased during clearance or special sale campaigns

Subscription orders after dispatch

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
Replacement Policy
If your claim is verified and approved:

A replacement product may be shipped at no additional cost, or
-
A refund may be processed based on the situation
Auroki reserves the right to verify claims before approval.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

5–10 business days for prepaid orders

7–12 business days depending on bank/payment gateway processing timelines
Cash-on-Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled:

Before dispatch without any charges
-
After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible

Refunds for successful cancellations are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel orders before dispatch for a full refund.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted because nutraceutical products fall under consumable health and wellness products.
Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Unreachable customer

Repeated failed delivery attempts
Auroki may:

Reattempt delivery (additional charges may apply), or
-
Issue a partial refund after deducting shipping/logistics costs
